Invitation to Participate in the Intent Study

Name of Study:
 
Valuation of patient and physician preferences for stroke prophylaxis in atrial fibrillation: the INTENT study.  
 
Purpose of this study:
The aim of this study is to objectively measure health preferences of both patients and physicians for selecting antithrombotics therapy for stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation.      
 
Who can participate?
Any physician with current license to practice in the Province of British Columbia.
 
 
What is involved?
An online survey that will take approximately 5-10 minutes.
 
 
When does this study take place?
From now until May 31, 2013.
 
 
Where does this study take place/location?
Physicians from any VCH site will be asked to complete a survey online.
