With the costs of education rising and the numbers of students growing, UBC has made a commitment to students that no qualified person be denied a UBC education based on financial ability to pay. Your gifts provide students with the opportunity to pursue their passions, and take their achievements out into the world.
Gifts from friends, alumni and other community members also enable the University of British Columbia to carry out many outstanding research projects. Our research capabilities have helped to establish UBC as one of the world’s pre-eminent universities.
When you make a gift to UBC, you help to continue a tradition of excellence, which builds upon the university’s Trek 2010 vision.
All donors receive a receipt for the gift to use for tax purposes. And to recognize our appreciation for different levels of giving, UBC has established a donor recognition program.
