The Administrative Coordinator provides strategic and complex daily operations, finance and administrative support for the Department of Family Practice. Reporting to the Head, Department of Family Practice and Director, Administration, this position manages general administrative, financial, and operational functions for the senior leaders, including scheduling, committee organization, contractor management, maintenance of organization data, facilities and equipment oversight, space and inventory planning, reporting and project oversight. This position is responsible for the coordination and completion of a variety of projects related to the efficient administration, organization and operation of the Department of Family Practice, and liaises closely with the Communications, Human Resources and Finance roles.
