    The Research Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of innovative health promotion interventions in Sport and Exercise Medicine, geared towards individuals at risk, or living with chronic disease. This position will be the Implementation Lead for the HealtheSteps program research stream, including the Hockey FIT trial and the Fans in Training implementation study. The incumbent will be accountable for managing the program, recruiting/enrolling community-based sites, and maintaining communication with program stakeholders throughout the tenure of the research studies; developing and leading coach training with all program coaches; and overseeing and participating in program delivery and data collection and analysis to ensure adherence to the project protocol.
